About Us: The Earth Day Groceries Project is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization, registered with the IRS and the State of Washington. The goal of the organization and this web site is to help spread an environmental education message freely to all schools and their communities.

About the Website: This site is owned and maintained by project founder Mark Ahlness, a third grade teacher at Arbor Heights Elementary School in Seattle, Washington. The site is hosted by Northwest Nexus.
