About our project: WE HAD NEARLY 300 STUDENTS PARTICIPATE IN THIS EARTH DAY PROJECT!!. THANKS TO PIKE CREEK ACME WHO DONATED 500 GROCERY BAGS, WE WERE ABLE TO SEND MESSAGES ABOUT THE IMPORTANCE OF RECYCLING AND PROTECTING OUR RESOURCES TO MANY PEOPLE. OUR 6TH GRADE CLASS ALSO WENT TO WWW.EARTHDAY.NET TO EXPLORE WAYS TO INFLUENCE PEOPLE DURING EARTH DAY 2000. THANK YOU FOR INCLUDING OUR SCHOOL IN YOUR PROJECT. WE HOPE TO BE ABLE TO DO THIS NEXT YEAR. REMEMBER THAT EARTH DAY IS EVERY DAY!!
