We decorated 200 bags!

About our project: When I brought this idea into our after school program, the kids immediately started decorating the bags. The children really enjoyed this project and the parents thought that this was a great idea. Not only did the kids like this project, but also the customers at the grocery loved their decorated grocery bags. They left the store with smiles on their faces. From doing this project, I think that the kids got a good grasp on what Earth Day is and why it is important to take care of it.
