We decorated 175 bags!

About our project: Students designed grocery bags that were donated by the Whole Foods Store. Each design was to teach the community about how they could "Save the Earth". All the bags were given out at the store on Earth Day. One student, from each grade level with the best design was chosen to to the Whole Foods Store for a "tasting" trip.

We decorated 100 bags!

About our project: We started our conservation earth day bag project with our wolves in our pack. The other den leaders liked the idea so much, we changed it to a project for the entire pack. The boys managed to color about 1/2 of the bags we had. So, I enlisted the help of the first grade class at Riverlawn Elementary. They came through with lots of bright earth day colors!!

We decorated 28 bags!

About our project: I had each girl decorate two bags. They were all very creative with their ideas for decorating! The girls are all in Kindergarden so I had to explain what Earth Day was and we came up with ways they could all help conserve resources and clean up the planet. They are all very excited to help do their part to clean up the planet Earth.
